DeutschMembers of the LTA team contributed and coordinated the publication of the second part of a three-part series of The Law Firm Network magazine TRENDS on the topic of privacy and personal data processing in HR. This part follows on the successful first part published in July of this year, and this time it deals with the given issue during the duration of employment. The magazine thus contains interesting contributions from jurisdictions around the world, including an article on the legal framework in the Czech Republic, the authors of which are attorneys Alice Mlýnková and Gabriela Šutková Píková.
