The Law Firm Network Annual Conference – Moscow

Between 8 and 10 June 2017, Moscow hosted the annual conference of The Law Firm Network, an international legal network where LTA is a member. LTA was represented by Ms Alice Mlynkova, attorney at law. The programme of the conference included a public presentation of the „International Business Contracts Guide“, which was prepared in cooperation with the 26 members of the network. The Guide presents an overview of regulation regarding contracts with cross-border elements and regulation of enforcement of contracts in the individual member states.
