New call of The Ministry of Industry and Trade: “Water Savings in Industry”

The Ministry of Industry and Trade – within the framework of the National Recovery Plan – has announced on 5 May 2022 the 1st call “Water Savings in Industry”. The aim of the call is to support water saving measures and optimization of water use in the business sector.

The call supports activities leading to water saving:

  • within the management of the business by increasing the efficiency of water distribution systems;
  • within the management of the business by reducing the water consumption of technologies while maintaining their productivity;
  • by the use of rainwater in the management of the business;
  • by recycling or recirculating water within the management of the business.

The eligible costs covered are machinery and equipment, utilities, engineering and buildings (necessary for the implementation of the measure). The fund is granted in the form of a subsidy of up to 40 % of the expenses.
