Zdeněk Rosický, lawyer in LTA, published an article titled Granting and revocation of proxy
The article deals with the interpretation of Sec. 190 (2) (e) of the Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on business corporations. This provision states that approval of granting and revoking of proxy falls within the scope of the powers of a general meeting of a limited liability company, unless the memorandum of association specifies otherwise. Czech-Saxon Economic Forum
On 23 September 2016 Mrs. Hana Daenhardtová attended the meeting of the Czech-Saxon Economic Forum, an exclusive networking gathering of Czech and Saxon companies from the automotive and engineering industries. Many interesting lectures were presented at the forum. In addition to the panel discussion, a number of inspiring bilateral talks were held.
Lecture for the German Association of expert advisors for international tax law
Ing. Robert Koleňák, tax advisor in LTA, lectured at the annual meeting of the German Association of expert advisors for international tax law on 16 September 2016. The subject of his lecture was Czech tax law, focusing on transfer pricing and on the Czech-German double taxation treaty.
